Abel Gonzalez, Bayside’s executive chef, is a Naples native and former Marine who has gained hometown acclaim by becoming one of the most respected local chefs in the area. His culinary experience includes working alongside some of the community’s most well-known chefs in notable locally-owned and operated restaurants. Abel hand-selects and inspects all seafood prepared at Bayside. He has been with Bayside for over 10 years, crafting culinary art and working closely alongside chef and co-owner Tony Ridgway.
